How to reset your AI account password
The information below details how to reset your password for logging into the servers when it is near to expiry or has expired.
Please note this facility is not available for email only accounts.
You cannot reset your password when the server account has been disabled due to too many incorrect password attempts. In instances such as this an I.T. support ticket must be raised.

In order to reset your account password open the following link in your web browser
•Click on the link called 'Password Reset Utility'
•Enter your username in the following format: ai\firstname.lastname or in the case of services: ai\servicename.staff or ai\servicename.manager
•Enter your current password.
•Enter your new password
•Confirm your new password by entering it again
Please note: Passwords must be at least 7 characters long and not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
Characters that can be used are as follows, but must include at least one capital letter and 1 number.
English uppercase characters (A through Z); English lowercase characters (a through z); Base 10 digits (0 through 9); Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %);
•Click Submit
You will then receive a notification of whether your password change was successful.
